Mabel Coomer
Recently was a student of the Commonwealth-Proctor Music Academy in Chicago: Sang at the Bijou on New Year's Day, 1935: “Red Bird Dying”, “Why Is Life So Short and Sweet?” “Into The Gloomy Grave Gladly Shall I Go” and “Heaven, Thou Art Very Near To Me”. Mr. Clinton Morris played Miss Coomer’s accompaniment capably on piano. Lived on Main Street with her husband, Arthur Coomer. Moved to Madison Street.
