From Dixon. Planning on moving to Baltimore, Delaware. When he gets there, he plans on marrying a girl 31 years old and they will go into the live bait business. As a sideline, he will take on piano pupils as he plays the piano. Has a brother named Charlie. Had a cousin that married a girl 16½ years old. Made a horsehair watch fob. Took an automobile apart with a hair pin.
Barney Clutcher
He lives in Dixon. Sade remembers him as the man who "lost the use of his head." Someone "hit him in the head with a banjo and left him silly", according to Sade. Vic, on the other hand, lost a $5 bill in the Union Station in Chicago by the magazine stand - got home to Dixon and found it missing and grabbed the train back to the Union Station, arriving 12 hours later - the $5 bill was still lying next to the magazine stand.

Fellow from Dixon; seems his mother made him a pair of corduroy pants and he wouldn't wear them. His father tried to make him wear them but Alton was so upset that he ran away from home as he figured he was 44 years old and had a mind of his own. But they caught him in Des Moines, Iowa and he's now wearing corduroy pants and liking it.
Chuck Brainfeeble
In 1941, Sade mentions she would like to give him and his wife, Dottie a present at Christmas. Very loud man from Peoria who married Sade's friend Dottie. Sade is afraid he won't get along with Fred Stembottom. Works at a manufacturing plant. Calls his wife, "Dot." Borrowed $40 from Sade and paide her back with a gross of Little Leather Ringmasters.
(Played by Carl Kroenke)
Dottie Brainfeeble

Mentioned by Sade as being someone she wants to give a gift to at Christmas. Her husband is Chuck. Dottie and Sade were kids together in Dixon. She refers to Sade as, 'Kettle.' Comes to visit Sade and becomes the first 'non-regular' voice heard on the series. Has a very annoying and loud laugh. Uncle Fletcher called her 'fat'. Weighs almost 200 pounds.
