Vic's friend. Inventor of stingyberry jam. He wrote a song for Vic called, The Victor R. Gook Fontonelle. He wants the song to be published in the Sacred Stars of the Milky Way official songbook. Works as a barber at the Butler House Hotel. Has a younger brother (D.D. Baugh) who is a dentist; they tried to talk Drowsy Venus chapter lodge brothers into tooth-removal for $5 each. Owns the concession at the Lazy Hours Pool Hall that sells cole slaw. Promoter, operator and always on the lookout for an easy dollar. Mentioned by Uncle Fletcher as a person who is known to sleep on the courthouse lawn during the warmer weather. Used piano wire for suspenders. Born in Sweet Esther, Wisconsin.
