Vic's boss at Consolidated Kitchenware. In the early episodes, Vic sometimes referred to him as "Rubbish." He's very much a part of many of the early 1932 episodes. Gave the Gooks a dog. Gave a speech at the Bijou. Dropped Vic off at his house and waited for him to get papers but left when Vic failed to return within a satisfactory time. He went dining with the Kitchenware associates to the Little Tiny Petite Pheasant Feather Tea Shoppy. He and Vic had an argument about a missing paper. Later, Mr. Ruebush called Vic , apologized and invited him to supper at the Butler House Hotel. His first two initials are "J.K." His secretary is Edith Ferris.
In "Series 3" he was played as a real character.
