Cecil

The first horse belonging to Mr. Gumpox mentioned on the show.  Cecil died in 1937.  Gumpox borrowed a horse after Cecil, (Vernon) then acquired Howard.

Kenneth

Younger brother of Howard, the horse. In 1941, Kenneth was 9 years old. His sister, Bernice died in 1941. Coughs a lot.

Bernice

Older sister of Howard (Mr. Gumpox's horse) and Kenneth.  Bernice died in 1941.  She was a milk wagon horse, an employee of Anderson-Carter Transit Company.  Her boss was Raymond Belcher Beirman, the milk wagon driver.
