Fat Johnson

In 1934, his real name is 'Milford.'  He and Rush had the idea to give a set of encyclopedias to Miss Welch (their seventh grade teacher.) It was Fat's idea to give his teacher a gift since he felt he was going to flunk.  His mother provided a frame for Rush's picture. In 1942, he and his family moved to Quincy, Illinois. He came to town to visit Russell.  He used to be quite hefty but has lost a lot of weight. He was not only close friends with Russell but also Rooster Davis. He used to be a member of Russell's "Blue Light" Sunday School class.  It was mentioned then that his real first name was 'Allen.'

Man from Dixon who Uncle Fletcher says looks like Rooster Davis. Visited every state in the union before age 30.  Married a woman 18 years old - he was 21.

Rotten Davis

His real name is Harold.  Brother of Rooster Davis. Flashy young man (19 years old in 1938) that wears spats, a long overcoat and a hat with chicken feathers stuck in the headband. Calls Vic by his first name and calls Sade, "Sadie". Can do a trick with a cigar that makes it appear it comes out his ear. Once called Vic and Sade and asked to bring Miss Rathburn over to the Gook household. When a house collapsed on S. Center Street, pretended to be a angry, crazy man who tore it down himself in a fit of rage.  Has over 200 neckties and hopes to collect 365 - one for each day of the year.  In the 1942 episodes, Rotten is still 19 years old. At the Bijou, Vic and Sade saw him wearing a large fur coat and he chewed a big cigar. He's 5'8" tall according to Rush. He is also seen around town with different colored spats on his ankles and wearing a derby hat. He sometimes plays baseball at Tatman's vacant lot with Rush and the other kids. Was to act as foreman for the improvised street gang that was to help Mis' Nagle in tearing up Lee Street. Bought 50 gallons of cherry syrup from The Greek and gave free cherry phosphates to everyone.

Roper Davis

Cousin of Rooster and Rotten Davis. Lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Used to play 3rd base for a professional baseball team, The East Lansing Michigan Skunks. Once stayed overnight at the Gook household.
