The twin brother of B.B. Baugh. He went to bed at the Bright Kentucky Hotel with jet black hair and woke with snow-white hair. Hank Gutstop believes this story is startling and colorful enough to command a price from a newspaper or magazine, but the fact of the matter is, he had slept with the window open, and coal and soot blew in from the C and A Railroad. Also a brother to D.D. Baugh.

Knows a lot about Oklahoma (not to be confused with Homer Heck of Norman, Oklahoma.) According to Wikipedia, one of the directors for the show was named Homer Heck.

Originally from Emporia, Kansas where she helped cure E.W. Smith of horse-thieving; for this she was made an Honorary Member of the Sacred Stars of the Milky Way. At age 17, moved to Belmont Beach in the Bahamas. Visited the town Vic lives in and stayed with Lolita di Rienzi. B.B. Baugh is smitten with her and Vic and Sade were to plan a party where the two could meet. Vic called her a "playgirl." Played the tropical guitar at the Purple Room of the Butler House Hotel. Mis' Appelrot heard a rumor while she was in Chicago about her and Vic possibly buying the Little Tiny Petite Pheasant Feather Tea Shoppy. Vic is enamored with her but probably not like Sade thinks he is (or is she just playing with him?) Though from Emporia, also claims to be born in Sweet Esther, Wisconsin.

Ticket agent at the Interurban streetcar depot. Uncle Fletcher was to show him his watch fob collection. Ate at the Little Tiny Petite Pheasent Feather Tea Shoppy where he consumed: fresh bread, mealy potatoes, preserves peaches, olive root, rhutabaga shortcake, scalded cucumber and fed grass oxbutter! Brother of Emmett and Ray Fadler. Member of the Drowsy Venus Chapter of the Sacred Stars of the Milky Way. Agreed to spend $5 to have a tooth extracted by B.B. Baugh's brother, although Russell Miller contends that Ernie Fadler has no teeth. Had Uncle Fletcher fill in for him at the Interurban streetcar depot. According to Uncle Fletcher, wears green eye shadow, a cigarette behind his ear and has black dots on his chine due to him accidentally marking on himself with indelible pencil. His brother Ray is ticket taker at the Bijou Theater. Wears green eyeshades and a cigar behind his ear. Had brother-in-law who Fletcher thought lived in Mayfield, Kentucky and married a woman 30 years old and wanted to move to Quincy, Illinois... all because of his love for the Ohio River.
