Loved all states (Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Maine, Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, North Dakota, California, Arkansas, Idaho, Oregon, New Hampshire and Utah) but most of all he loved West Virginia . Died with "West Virginia" on his lips.  Worked as an armed guard at the Missouri State Home for the Tall - quit in 1909 and became supervisor of the laundry at the Ohio State Home for The Bald.  Had a cousin named, "Ralph."

Uncle Fletcher suggested to Vic and Sade that they invite him to Mis' Keller's Wedding. He is from Sick River Junction, Missouri and there's a good chance he is imprisoned in the Missouri State Home for the Tall. There's a good chance that there were specific episodes about him - but they sadly do not survive.
